The room was like a mini apartment, complete with a kitchenette and a dining area. The panoramic windows offered a fine harbour view. It's great location near lots of eateries, a safeway, and whole foods. The staff, especially prabhu, were friendly and helpful!
the continental breakfast was very basic, so don't depend on it.

Everything was really good, so were gorgeous views of the sea. The employees at the hotel were dog friendly and wonderfully friendly. The property was placed in the very central location in the centre of the city. The restaurant had simple food.

The room was fantastic with a fine view of the city and had all the comforts of home. Enjoyed the rooftop lounge and the cozy courtyard, both great spots to unwind. The only downside was a bit of noise from the street below, but it didn't really take away from our experience 😊

I recommend to all staying here. Really enjoyed the place, had a very comfortable stay for my birthday weekend. The location was incredible, not too far from The Drop Sculpture. The hotel was located in the centre of the city.
Not so helpful staff!

I was delighted by the elegant decor and thoughtful accessibility features throughout the hotel. The spacious layout made it easy for me to navigate comfortably, and the inviting common areas were perfect for socializing with family and friends.
In-room heating could use better control options.

Location
Rude reception, rooms look like they were last decorated in the eighties, no functioning ac, uncomfortable bed, very noisy and only one slow small lift. Very disappointing and I would not recommend this Hotel to anybody.
